Commercial Zone — Whangārei

Zone Purpose

The Commercial Zone provides for business activities and small-scale industrial activities that are not appropriate for City Centre, Mixed Use, Waterfront, Neighbourhood Centre or Local Centre zones. Activities must avoid undermining the vitality and viability of other business zones and must not generate reverse sensitivity effects on adjacent residential areas.
