Zone Description
The Business – Mixed Use Zone is typically located around centres and along corridors served by public transport. It acts as a transition area between residential areas and the Business – City Centre Zone, Business – Metropolitan Centre Zone and Business – Town Centre Zone. It provides for residential activity as well as predominantly smaller scale commercial activity. Some street frontages within the zone are subject to a General Commercial Frontage Control.
